Ugh so “Creativity and the Unconscious” was so much better today. Like, a fourth of the level of pretentiousness that was there on Tuesday. I feel a lot better about the class now. I was worried it wasn’t going to be to my tastes. I think it really helped to ground our discussion in our readings on Freud, as opposed to spouting freeform bullshit.
