Yes, because taking away her laptop- that she paid for- and fucking shooting it to “teach her a lesson” about venting to her friends after hacking into her locked Facebook is not parental abuse. Uh huh.

Right. Because even if you don’t consider using a gun to prevent your child from socializing with their peers emotional abuse, that’s totally not a warning sign that a bunch of other shit could likely be going on. It’s probably not indicative that the father has in the past or would be willing in the future to use violence in other ways. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with a violent need to control your child’s social interactions.
